Virtual office terms and conditions

Introduction

1.1 The company behind Søtorvet5.dk is called LakeSquare ApS.

1.2 This document contains LakeSquare's terms and conditions governing your use of our virtual office services.

1.3 LakeSquare ApS offers paying customers business address at Søtorvet 5, 1371 København K, handling incoming mail and other office services.

1.4 By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services

2.1 We provide you with a business address at Søtorvet 5, 2. Th. 1371 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Our virtual office is for use in your business correspondence and marketing materials.

2.2 We handle your incoming mail, which includes receiving, storing, scanning and forwarding your mail on a weekly basis. Søtorvet 5 in no way reads the content of your mail during the process.

Eligibility and registration process

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Your company and CVR number must previously be registered at another address in Denmark. If you do not have a valid CVR number, it is not possible to use LakeSquare's services.

3.3 To use our services, you must complete our pre-registration process by providing accurate and complete information. We will store your information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legislation in this area.

3.4 The information and documents we require from you in connection with your registration process are collected solely to comply with Danish Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legal requirements to which all virtual service providers are subject.

Fees and payment

4.1 Fees for our Services are set out on the Website and in the Contract and include subscription fees, deposit and start-up fees. These fees are subject to change and you will be notified of any fee changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

4.2 Payments must be made in advance on the 1st of each month according to the chosen subscription plan, either monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable.

4.3 Invoicing is done monthly and electronically via email. Any discrepancies in the invoice must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Payment default

5.1 In the event of late payment, interest of 5.70% per month or part thereof and a fee of DKK 310.00 will be added to the amount due.

5.2 In the event of non-payment, LakeSquare may suspend or terminate access to the Services without further notice until all outstanding payments are paid in full.

5.3 Non-payment may result in termination of your contract with LakeSquare ApS.

5.4 LakeSquare reserves the right to take legal action to recover any unpaid amounts. In such cases, you are responsible for reimbursing LakeSquare for any legal fees or costs incurred during the collection process.

Use of services

6.1 You may only use the provided business address for business purposes.

6.2 By subscribing to our virtual services, you can register your CVR number at Søtorvet 5, 2. 1371 København K, Denmark.

6.3 LakeSquare scans incoming letter mail and provides you weekly access to the scans either via link or email to the email address you have provided.

6.4 LakeSquare reserves the right to limit the number of scans for large volumes of letter mail.

6.5 Receiving packages is not included in our services.

6.6 If you need to receive packages or need a larger number of scans, please contact us for a special agreement.

6.7 Other terms of service are described in the virtual office lease.

Unauthorized use of the address

7.1 Subletting or any use of the address for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Any unauthorized use of the address Søtorvet 5, 2., 1371 København K, Denmark will be immediately reported to the police and notified to the authorities.

7.3 Legal action will be taken against any unauthorized registration of a CVR number at this address.

Communication

8.1 At LakeSquare, all written communication takes place via email. This means that you will receive all information, invoices and other communications via the email you have provided us with in the registration form.

Customer support

9.1 You use our customer service by sending us an email at [email protected] or calling 30 22 45 23.

Termination and suspension

10.1 You may terminate your virtual office with 3 months' notice from the 1st of any month by sending an email to [email protected].

10.2 The deposit you paid at the start of your subscription will be used to pay for the three months' notice period. It will therefore not be returned to you and no refunds will be given for the remaining subscription period, nor will you be charged any additional payments during the notice period.

10.3 We may terminate or suspend your contract and access to the Services with immediate effect if you breach any of these Terms or engage in illegal or unethical activities.

Limitation of liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LakeSquare ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of the use of our Services.

11.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services cannot exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

Privacy and data protection

12.1 Our collection and use of your personal data is regulated by our privacy policy, which can be accessed on our website sotorvet5.dk.

Changes to terms and conditions

13.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

13.2 Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

14.1 This contract is governed by Danish law and shall be interpreted accordingly.

14.2 Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract shall in the first instance be resolved by negotiation between the parties.

14.3 If the parties fail to reach agreement within 30 days of written notification of the dispute, the dispute shall be brought before the ordinary Danish courts.
